We grew up in the trades—on the job sites and in the shops of fathers and grandfathers who built their lives one service call at a time. We learned early on that the most honest work in the world is done with a tool in your hand and a name on your shirt.
Later, we entered the professional world, operationally leading companies, successfully exiting multiple businesses and executing complex business acquisitions. We mastered the transaction systems and back-office tools that market-leading companies use to secure their infrastructure.
But we didn't build that technical expertise to stay in a boardroom. We built it to bring those same institutional-grade tools back to the local trades that actually keep Jacksonville running.
